Individual Therapy

I offer in-person and Zoom individual therapy. As an integrative therapist, I draw upon Gestalt therapy, the Psychodynamic Approach, Systemic Family Constellations and Somatic Experiencing. These approaches holistically address the interplay of mind, body, emotions and soul, bringing comprehensive healing and long-lasting change. By recognising your uniqueness, my approach is tailored to suit your specific needs and circumstances. I specialise in helping clients with overwhelming emotions such as anxiety, anger and shame, as well as dealing with addictions, body image issues, codependency, trauma, disordered eating, life transitions, depression, low self-esteem, parenting challenges and relationship issues. Through individual therapy, we work together to uncover and understand the underlying causes of your challenges, helping you gain insight and empowering you to lead a fulfilling and meaningful life.

Group Therapy – “Here and Now”

Group therapy is a powerful way to help clients unravel, process and heal their relational difficulties and patterns that often remain unconscious. Following Irvin Yalom’s model of group process work, my approach focuses on interactions in the here and now that may arise from the group process, while being sensitive and accepting of clients’ past experiences. In this supportive and safe space, clients are encouraged to explore and express feelings, thoughts and behaviours that come to the surface. This can facilitate deeper self-awareness and growth. Working in the group not only allows clients to develop interpersonal skills but can assist with issues such as boundary setting, assertiveness, low self-esteem and reducing feelings of loneliness. Group experience can create a greater sense of connection to yourself and others and promote hope and motivation.
Suitable for clients who are motivated to change and have attained a level of emotional stability.
