FAQ

I offer a free 15-minute call where you can share your needs and ask any questions you might have. You will also get a feel of what it might be like to work together which is important, as feeling connected to your therapist is a key to you getting the most out of your sessions.

The sessions last 55 mins and cost $150

We start wherever you are at and we create a path forward. The number and frequency of sessions varies based on clients’ needs. Some find a way forward in a few sessions, others may benefit from longer-term therapy for more complex presentations. I prefer to have at least the first three to four sessions weekly so we can build a foundation to progress. From then on, we might do weekly or fortnightly sessions to achieve long-lasting results.
